Build Your Own Healthy Bowl at The PokéSpot

July 4, 2018

The PokéSpot branched out from its roots in NYC to debut its fourth location near Rittenhouse Square in May, and many Philadelphians have already given it their stamp of approval—especially health-conscious ones. They appreciate the fresh, natural options on the menu, all inspired by the traditional Hawaiian poke bowl. The classic bowl features rice, raw ahi tuna, and various veggies, but you can customize yours however you like.

Build your own bowl starting with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles, white or brown rice, or a bed of mixed greens. Then add your chosen protein, from the signature raw tuna or raw salmon to snow crab, chicken, and organic tofu. The eatery also offers a roster of marinated proteins. Finally, load on unlimited toppings, from kale to mango, and pick your sauce. If you don't feel like building your bowl, select a signature creation that's already been designed.
