Come to Mixto for happy hour between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday through Friday and enjoy $6 apps like the guacamole and plantain chips or barbecue chicken empanadas. Pair your small plate with a $6 drink, like a mojito, a margarita, or a glass of house wine. Latin beers are only $3, as are draft beers. If you’d like to sit down for a full dinner, dig into one of Mixto’s authentic dishes, like the Churrasco Colombiano. The grilled rib eye steak comes embellished with Chimichurri sauce and paired with rosemary roasted potatoes and sauteed veggies.
