Pablo joined the Rittenhouse Claridge Team in 2010. Committed to making every resident feel welcome, Pablo has shined in every role he has taken on at The Kaiserman Company. Starting as a valet parking attendant, Pablo quickly climbed the ranks and found himself in the management office as the Claridge’s leasing agent.
Holding a National Apartment Leasing Professional designation through The National Apartment Association, Pablo recognizes every challenge that might arise during the leasing process. He understands that leasing an apartment is a big step for some, and is dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible. Pablo is well versed in lease compliance, resident relations, application processing and fair housing. But beyond the business side of his job, Pablo is committed to providing exceptional service to each and every one of his current and prospective residents. When Pablo is away from the office you can find him in his hometown of New York spending time with his family.
