Packing Room Hours Changing

Effective 2/29/2016, packages may be obtained from the package room Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
.

No Smoking Please

Smoking on the loading dock and on the front planter beds is prohibited. All smoking needs to be done at least 25 feet from any entrance into the Claridge. Habitual violators are subject to a $100 fine. Further, please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately.

Buzz Be Gone!

Some you may have noticed that the lobby entrance doors do not buzz when you use your key fob, or if the concierge desk buzzes you in. This is not a malfunction. Please be aware you will no longer be hearing the buzzing noise you have become accustomed to.

Please Remember Your Key Fob

The loading dock and interior hallway doors BOTH require a key fob to gain access into the Claridge. If you do not have your key fob, you will be asked to access the building via the lobby doors on 18th Street. Our package room attendants will not be able to give you access into the building if you do not have your fob. Thanks for your help and understanding.

Pick Up You Packages

Effective 2/29/2016, any resident whose package is left in the package room for more than 7 days will be fined $25 for each day over the 7 day mark. If you plan on being on vacation, or have an extended absence from the building, please make arrangements for your packages accordingly.

No Fitness Center “Friends”

We agree that the fitness center is amazing, but we must stress that it is for our residents’ use only. Propping open doors or having unaccompanied guests in the gym is strictly prohibited. Any resident who is found allowing unaccompanied guests into any amenity space, including the fitness center, will have their amenity space privileges revoked immediately.
