21st Century Package Room
Thank you all for your patience as our package room enters the 21st century. The new locker system is fully automated, and can handle pickups, returns, and all types of shipments from major carriers. Thank you for your patience as we worked to get the new system up and running.
Congratulations
Congratulations to our Property Manager, Eric Schulz, on his promotion. In addition to his duties as the manager of the Claridge, Eric will now be overseeing another Kaiserman Residential property in Radwyn Apartments, in Bryn Mawr. Eric is well versed in property management and has years of multi-site experience. We’re all excited for Eric as he continues to grow professionally and helps Kaiserman grow as a brand.
