Explore Historical Topics at the Rosenbach Museum and Library

February 20, 2017

The Rosenbach Museum and Library was founded by a pair of brothers in 1954 in an effort to engage Philadelphians in learning, whether it be in the form of a book or an art exhibit. To this day, the Rosenbach Museum and Library continues to draw in the curious and the knowledge-seeking with a full roster of events each month.

Coming up in the next few months, the Rosenbach hosts a few different tours. In honor of Valentine’s Day, there’s the hands-on Love Letters tour, a one-hour walking tour through the Rosenbach home with an exploration of its love-centric writings. On February 24th, the Sleuths and Spies tour showcases all the spy books and stories at the library. Other topics to be explored in upcoming tours include Shakespeare, James Joyce and Other Irish Authors, and many more, so be sure to stop by this wonderful local library.
