The Kaiserman Passport program entitles you to take advantage of amenities at other Kaiserman communities. Here’s a list of our locations and the amenities you can use at each:

To sign up for a Kaiserman Passport please visit your property management office. The Kaiserman Passport costs $300/year. To be eligible for a passport you:

• Must be a current resident or occupant.
• Must be current on all rent payments.
• Must follow all posted rules and regulations at each location and those outlined in your lease agreement.
• Must want to HAVE FUN!
