The Philly fall festival usually attracts about 10 different breweries who pour their most popular suds in honor of the changing seasons. This year’s Bloktoberfest is coming up on Saturday, September 28th in South Philly.
The blocks of Washington Ave between 17th and Broad streets will be blocked off to traffic so that the festival can unfold from noon to 8 p.m. Stop by anytime during the day to grab a pint or two from one of the craft breweries, or sip on a boozy alternative like hard cider or spiked seltzer. You can also devour hot bites, enjoy live music, and check out the many local restaurants and bars sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.
