Famed chef and restaurateur Stephen Starr boasts many eateries in Philadelphia, and several of them reside in Rittenhouse Square. Alma de Cuba, Barclay Prime, and Butcher and Singer are just a few of the famous eateries in or near the neighborhood that take part in the Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival every year.
On Saturday, May 18th the annual festival returns with a huge lineup of Philly-based food vendors, who will showcase their best spring bites. The chefs will line Walnut Street with their booths, and some of them will even perform cooking demos on the spot. There will also be ample opportunities to shop, not only at the permanent retailers located along Walnut Street, but also at pop-up shops helmed by local artisans. Enjoy live music and other fun as you traverse Rittenhouse Square during its spring festival.
