During the holiday season in Philadelphia, Macy’s Center City is more than just a great place to cross names off of your gift list. No Live Trees Permitted
As the holiday season approaches, we would like to remind everyone that live trees are not permitted per the Philadelphia Fire Code. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoke Free Building
Just a reminder, the Rittenhouse Claridge became a 100% smoke free building as of January 1, 2015. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building, including anywhere in your apartment, or within twenty-five feet of the building. Thanks for your help.
