Green Printing

The Rittenhouse Claridge introduces…Green Printing! In an effort of reduce our overall carbon footprint, the Rittenhouse Claridge has adopted a policy of Green Printing. Here’s what this means for you:

  • Printer paper is no longer being supplied. Please provide your own, eco-friendly if possible, printer paper.
  • All printing will automatically print 2-sided to reduce the amount of overall paper being used.
  • If you do not have paper, eco-friendly paper can be purchased at the management offices.

What’s In a Name? Plenty, If It’s Your Wifi’s Name

Being connected to the Internet is a necessity in today’s day and age. Many of us at the Claridge have wireless internet hooked up in our apartment. Given that there are close to 500 apartments in the building, it can be sometimes difficult to identify your wireless network out of that long list of wireless names. Renaming your network to something personal is a great way to make your wireless network easy for you to find. Some suggestions include: “Apartment 1311”, “Suzies Wifi” or “My Cat Rocks.” Be creative! We do ask, as a courtesy to your community, that your new wireless network name be community appropriate.

Be sure to check the activities TV located in the gym hallway for upcoming fitness events. There are many classes to choose from, and they are a great way to help keep that New Year’s resolution to get fit. You can also find the list of activities online at
