Welcome Derek Donnelly

Let’s give a warm welcome to Derek Donnelly.  Derek joined us as a new Leasing Consultant at the Rittenhouse Claridge! A customer service professional for the past 3 years with the last year and a half in property management, Derek has been successful wherever he’s gone.  As a leasing consultant, he has worked for both Bozzuto and Crescent Heights, regional operators and managers, leasing brand new luxury housing in both lease-up and conventional settings. Kaiserman Gives Back

Seventeen Kaiserman Company employees spent most of the morning on Saturday or Sunday helping to kick-off our mammoth refurbishment project at The Bregy School located in South Philadelphia. It took a lot of elbow grease, and there is still a lot to do, but we really enjoyed the companionship, the cause – and even the work! There is plenty more to do!  Soon enough, we will get that school in the shape its kids and teachers deserve.
