Chefs reinvent breakfast classics by adding just a dash of whimsy and contemporary charm to each. Try their version of eggs Benedict—playfully named "Eggs Bednarik"—which consists of a pair of poached eggs on an English muffin with the classic hollandaise and an unexpected addition of kielbasa.
