Miguel Toro and his clan had already found success with two eateries (El Balconcito I and II) when they opened Vista Peru this past February. Their new eatery embraces authentic Peruvian cuisine, enlisting the help of high-quality ingredients and a top-notch kitchen team.
Come to Vista Peru for a South American feast. Start with a few Peruvian bites, like the steamed mussels, the fried calamari with house-made salsa, or the fried cassava with cheese and Andean cream. You can also savor a ceviche that showcases shrimp, octopus, or simple fish. Love mashed potatoes? Vista Peru revamps the comfort food, topping it with crabmeat, mushrooms, or ceviche. Make sure that you save some room for a main dish, however, like the arroz con mariscos (rice and seafood) or the lobster tail stuffed with shrimp.
